团队负责人:陈云,博士,副教授,博士研究生导师。长期从事南药的营养与免疫研究,主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、海南省重点研发计划项目2项、海南省自然科学基金项目2项。以第一/通讯作者身份在Carbohydrate polymers、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等杂志上累计发表了27篇论文,其中SCI论文25篇。出版著作2部,获得授权发明专利2项。
