团队负责人

张海文,海南省E类人才,海南省科协青年托举人才,海南省三区科技人才,省级科技特派员。主要研究方向为天然饲用抗生素替代品及功能性饲料添加剂。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、海南省高层次人才项目、海南省科协青年创新人才项目等各级项目7项。出版专(编)著1部,参编书籍3部,发表学术论文60余篇,部分研究成果发表在《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》《Poultry Science》《Journal of Immunology》《Phytomedicine》《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》《Food & Function》《Molecular Pharmaceutics》《International Immunopharmacology》《Frontiers in Microbiology》《Animals》《Veterinary Immunology and Immunopathology》《Peptides》《Scientific Reports》等国际期刊。获得海南大学优秀班主任称号,获得三区科技人才基层服务工作年度考核优秀评价。

团队研究方向:

1. 具有替代抗生素功能的畜禽饲料添加剂研发;

2. 通过营养手段调控畜禽肠道先天免疫功能;

3. 植物天然活性成分提取工艺研究与构效分析。
